We appreciate the patience and non-pressure during our initial contact about potentially upgrading our kitchen appliances with Luz Que Rinde. It was a nice experience not feeling that pressure like they were out to get you; the rep, Ulysses, was very calm and remained respectful and polite even though we didn’t go through with it at first. We actually had him come back out a second time to go over everything, and then decided it was a good fit. The process was right on point with how it was described, and the timeline was around 2 months. We had one delay with the financing paperwork that was quickly turned around, resubmitted, and approved. I tip my hat to the quick response from Ulysses to make sure that was addressed as soon as possible.
